The following Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of all the persons involved in the selling and buying of products and services produced by TAWO.

Article 3: Commercial Policy
TAWO sells products on www.tawo-antwerp.com and proceeds to its own online commercial activity exclusively for the website users, i.e. the website customers. these 'customers' are individuals who uses TAWO for personal use only. Article 3: Prices
All prices are displayed on the website in Euros/EUR/€. For certain regions, these include shipping fees such as Western European countries. For other regions, these prices are without shipping fees, which will be made clear at the end of your order, before you pay the final amount. All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT)
TAWO will not process the order if for some reason, the final amount has not been paid. If the customer did not receive an order mail directly, this means the order won't be proceed. If in doubt, please mail to [email protected]
Article 4: Information on orders and limits on our liability
The customer is responsible for the information he is giving in order to finalize the order. TAWO cannot be hold responsible if any data is missing or if some data is wrong. If changing information, after finalizing the order or if the order is already send out, brings along certain costs, these will be charged to the customer.
By buying a product on our website, the customers agrees with the terms and conditions on the website. if a product is out of stock, this will be visible on the website and customers cannot buy the items until it is back in stock. Any question about restocks, can be send to [email protected]
All products (bracelets, necklaces and rings) are handmade and for this reason can differ slightly from the pictures on the website. Please, take this into consideration before finalizing your order. After an order has been made, these differences are accepted by the customer.
TAWO Antwerp reserves the right to refuse an order made by a customer.
Article 5: Confidentiality
Personal information required for registration and finalizing the order will be stay at TAWO and not be made public for any reason. If any information will be made public, the custom will need to agree on this and will be contacted.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Article 6: Shipping and Handling Fees
Orders will be processed within a maximum of 7 days following the customer's payment. This does not include shipping time. The shipment of the order to its final destination is different for each location and done by an external shipping company. TAWO cannot be held responsible for (Track & Trace) problem delays caused by the shipping company. Each customer will receive a track and trace link for their order, to check the shipping process.
If several orders are done during the same week, TAWO may put all products/order into the same parcel.
Import duties are the responsibility of the custom, and can differ from country to country. Please make sure to check this before placing your order by contacting your local customs office.
If the delivery falls behind due to credit card authorization problems, TAWO cannot be held responsible. If delivery is not possible because of wrong given information or data, the customer is responsible for this and there will be a delay in delivery. Extra shipping fee needs to be paid by the customer. In a case a refund of this parcel will be asked, the customer will only receive a refund worth the ordered product, without the previous paid shipping fee by TAWO.
If the customer is not home when the parcel arrives, instruction will be given by the shipping company how to pick up the parcel.
Article 7: Returns, exchanges, refunds or missing items.
Returns, Exchanges and refunds will be processed after a formal agreement between the customer and TAWO Antwerp.
Any items returned must be in its exact original condition. All items will be inspected on return. The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our headquarters. Every items should be returned in its original state with means including the box & initial bill. Reason for return can be asked by TAWO.
Return shipment fees are at charge of the customer which is responsible for the returning order until the package is again received by TAWO.
Returns may lead to a refund or an exchange according to the following terms and conditions:
The customer has the right to return the bracelet within 14 days. If the product(s) is(are) returned in its original state as said above, the customer can have a full refund minus the shipping fee. Your money will be refunded on the credit card or PayPal that was used to proceed to payment initially within 30 days.
ONLY defective items can be exchanged.
In the case of an obvious default of the item or non-conformity, the exchange will be free of charge for the customer. In that case the customer will either have a replacement product or, if it is not possible to do so, the customer will have a total refund.
Beyond the period of 21 days, TAWO Antwerp has the right to refuse the exchange or the refund. Default which happen after 21 days are held responsible by the customer himself.
If an item is missing in your parcel or seems to be stolen out of the parcel, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the package. In this case we can start a claim at our courier company and/or provide you with the missing items as soon as possible. After three days of receiving, we cannot do anything about a missing item unfortunately.
Article 8: Litigations and Applicable Law.
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS refer to the Belgian Law.
