Return & exchange


Any items returned must be in its exact original condition. All items will be inspected on return. The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our headquarters. Every items should be returned in its original state with means including the box & initial bill. Reason for return can be asked by TAWO.

Our cuffs are not made for daily adjustments. Bending the cuffs on a regular base can make them do break eventually. TAWO cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by carelessness use, such as cracks from adjusting a bracelet with force, damages or scratches arising from daily use.

Return shipment fees are at charge of the customer which is responsible for the returning order until the package is again received by TAWO.

Returns may lead to a refund or an exchange according to the following terms and conditions: 


The customer has the right to return the bracelet within 14 days. If the product(s) is(are) returned in its original state as said above, the customer can have a full refund minus the shipping fee. Your money will be refunded on the credit card or PayPal that was used to proceed to payment initially within 30 days.


ONLY defective items can be exchanged.

In the case of an obvious default of the item or non-conformity, the exchange will be free of charge for the customer. In that case the customer will either have a replacement product or, if it is not possible to do so, the customer will have a total refund.

Beyond the period of 21 days, TAWO Antwerp has the right to refuse the exchange or the refund. Default which happen after 21 days are held responsible by the customer himself.

If you're planning on returning an item, please let us know by mail to [email protected] so we know the package is on its way. As soon as we receive the TAWO-item, we'll refund the amount.
